Administration Assistant Level 2

Meadowside School is seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the welcoming face of our new post-16 site in Leasowe while also playing a key role in administrative support. The successful candidate will be required to work in the afternoons during term time, from 12.30pm-3.30pm.

Main Duties:

Front-of-house reception duties, being the first point of contact for visitors and ensuring excellent customer service

Attendance monitoring/recording

General administration: managing records, handling emails, assisting with financial

administration and supporting school events

Safeguarding & confidentiality, ensuring all school procedures are followed in line with safeguarding policies

This role requires someone with a positive, professional attitude and the ability to work independently.
