Grade F (SCP 12-19) £28,598 – £32,061 per annum (pay award pending)
Fixed‑Term – 2 years, 37 hours per week

About the role
This is the first time this position has been advertised in more than a decade. Previous post-holders have moved on to bigger things in Communication roles. If you have left college or uni with a communications background, or you’re looking at your next move – then don’t miss out.
Local Government is going to get very interesting in the next few years and you’ll be helping keep the people that matter – our residents, businesses, and your colleagues, properly informed.

About you
You will have:
- A passion and enthusiasm for all things communications
- Some experience of working in a communications role
- At least a bit of knowledge about local government
- The confidence to sell your ideas to the Communications Team and other colleagues
