BAND 6 STATIC RESPIRATORY PHYSIOTHERAPIST Critical Care, Cardio-Respiratory and Surgery Permanent | Full time

The Integrated Therapies Department at the James Paget University Hospital (JPUH) are seeking a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist to join our Cardiology, Respiratory and Surgical (CRS) Therapy Team. The successful candidate will support in the delivery of high-quality physiotherapy interventions across the inpatient wards of Cardiac, Respiratory and Surgical specialties, support in the teaching and development of junior staff and students and take an active role in quality improvement projects to guide service development. There may be the additional requirement to cover other clinical areas.

The CRS Therapy Team are a positive and forward-thinking multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists and therapy assistant practitioners. We are always striving to improve our services, particularly in these current challenging times within the NHS. Using audit, LEAN and quality improvement models for service improvement initiatives, new policies and standard operating procedures, we are keen for you to become an integral part of continuing this journey. The department's links with the Research Department continue to grow.
