Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the field of healthcare? The NHS Stem Cell Donor Registry (the new name for the British Bone Marrow Registry) is seeking a Business Support Manager, dedicated to continuous improvement, to join our team. In this role, you will drive positive change and optimise our operations, while providing crucial business support to our registry services.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including medical professionals, data analysts, and IT specialists, to identify areas of improvement within our processes, systems, and overall operational efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the quality of our registry services, leading to improved patient outcomes and advancing life-saving treatments.

In addition to driving continuous improvement, you will provide essential business support to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration. Your role will involve analysing data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to streamline our internal processes. By joining our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the field of stem cell transplantation and contribute to the success of the Registry's mission to save lives.

This post is funded for two years and will play a significant role in our work around donor retention. This will involve working across internal teams, and with external stakeholders, to develop, implement and super-charge donor retention.
