An exciting opportunity to has arisen for experienced Band 5 nurse to join ward leadership teams based at Highgate West Mental Health Centre across the Acute and PICU wards.
There is some consideration for this role, in the future, to become a rotational post across the different inpatient settings. The successful candidate will need to be confident, and competent, in working across male, female and PICU services.
We are looking to recruit compassionate, qualified, creative and motivated nurses to help deliver outstanding, and individualised, patient care.
The successful candidate will be provided with a clear development and support plan to ensure you maximise your learning within the role and offer you exposure to ward leadership and learning opportunities .
As a Charge Nurse, the post holder will be committed to working with trauma informed care models/approaches .
Please note you must be able to work a combination of both day and night shifts for this role, be able to undertake PMVA and ILS training and associated duties.
