Children's Home Registered Manager

Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the Operational Leads to build an effective team and achieve outstanding outcomes for children living within the home.
You will need the ability to use your own initiative, with the expectation being that you drive forward improvements, to exceed the requirements of the Children Homes Regulations (2015) and best practice standards identified within the SCCIF.
You will have a solid understanding of and be an advocate for the principles of diversity and inclusion in relation to workplace culture and service delivery.
We welcome applications from established managers and deputy managers from within children’s residential care who have:
(a) within the last 5 years, worked for at least 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children
(b) worked for at least one year in a role requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a care role
Important Information
- Posts: Full time 37hr per week.
- Working patterns: Monday to Friday with an additional requirement to provide on-call cover on a rota basis.
- Right to Work: all candidates must have the correct Right to Work for the role. We are currently not offering sponsorship for this role.
