Kingsbury Green Academy

Salary: NJC Grade G, £29,064-£31,022 (DOE) FTE

Actual Salary: £19,424-£20,733 (DOE) per annum

Contract: Permanent, 39 weeks per year (term time), 28.75 hours per week

Hours: 08:15-15:00 Monday-Friday, to include a 20 minute and 40 minute unpaid break.

Join our team as a Classroom Learning Lead, where you’ll support student learning, deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of teachers, and help create a positive classroom environment. You’ll also work across departments, supporting individuals and small groups while contributing to the school’s daily success. Whether you’re experienced or new to education, full training is provided, making this a great opportunity—and an ideal stepping stone into teaching.
