The Clinical Care Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing and care services within one of Jewish Cares nursing homes. Working closely with the Registered Manager, the postholder will provide visible clinical leadership to nursing and care teams, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, person-centred care that promotes dignity, wellbeing, and quality of life. The role combines clinical oversight, staff leadership, governance, and quality improvement, ensuring compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and organisational policies.
