A great opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Support Worker to join an experienced team at Eastway Assessment & Treatment Unit in Chester, Cheshire which has been rated Outstanding by CQC (Care Quality Commission).
Eastway is an inpatient unit which caters for adult patients who have a learning disability. The Clinical Support Worker (CSW) will be part of the staff team responsible for assisting in the physical and psychological care to patients.
The Trust currently supports the Real Living Wage (RLW) hourly rate as set by the Living Wage Federation and will apply a pay supplement if the national A4C hourly rate falls below this
