An exciting opportunity has arisen for highly motivated individual to join our Community Nursing Team covering the Shrewsbury South locality in the provision of planned care to patients in the community.
We are looking for a caring, motivated and friendly Community Nurse to join our team. You should possess commitment to interdisciplinary team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of care.
This position is full time, 37.5 hours per week, fixed term for 12 months.
This position is community based, requiring the successful applicant to see patients in their own homes. Therefore, a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
