We are seeking a passionate Cover Supervisor that can contribute to the development of strategies to
improve learning outcomes to enable pupils to achieve their best. This post is a permanent role for 29
hours and 10 minutes per week, term time only. Monday to Friday 8:50am to 3:30pm.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with KS2/KS3 pupils. You will be joining an experienced and rapidly developing team responsible for supporting pupils across all areas of the curriculum. You will have knowledge and understanding of supporting a wide range of special educational needs in a mainstream school.

Under the direction of senior staff organise and provide a range of support strategies for young people who need help to overcome barriers to learning both inside and outside the school. Maintaining clear and efficient documentation is paramount within this role to ensure clarity and support in necessary meetings.
We are a Dyslexia Friendly School; you will have some responsibility for the continued development
of these strategies and will be innovative in the creation of new resources.
