The above amounts include Distant Islands Allowance.
You will be reporting to the Team Manager (OHAC Administration).
Your working pattern is Monday to Friday, 0900 – 1700hrs. We are happy to talk flexible working, where possible.
The purpose of this role is to provide efficient and effective directorate business support to the Chief Officer and Heads of Services in the Orkney Health and Social Care Partnership.
In this varied role you will provide a direct support to members of the directorate management team including diary management, email management, minute taking and monitoring of generic email boxes. You will liaise with Council and NHS Orkney Services, Senior Management Teams, Elected Members, Integration Joint Board Members, and external agencies.
