We are looking to recruit a Dog Grooming Salon Manager for our brand new salon. As the Dog Grooming Salon Manager, you will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of the college’s commercial dog grooming salon, ensuring it operates to professional industry standards whilst also functioning as a high-quality teaching and learning environment.

The post holder will deliver and support dog grooming education, supervise learners, manage client services and ensure the highest standards of animal welfare, H&S and customer experience. The role is key to driving learner achievement, curriculum development and commercial growth of the salon.

The successful candidate will hold a level 3 or above qualification in dog grooming and a minimum of 12 months experience managing a commercial dog grooming salon.
