Job Title: EYFS Learning Support Practitioner (Level 3)

Hours:  32.50 hours per week working Mondays - Fridays 8.30am - 3.30pm

Term Time only (39 weeks - inc. INSET days)

Fixed term contract for 12 months in the first instance

Grade 5 SCP 7-11

Actual Annual Salary £20019 - £21820 First year Salary will reflect number of working days remaining in holiday year

School tour Wednesday 1st July - 8:30, 9:00, 9:30,10:00, 3:00, 3:30, 4:00 pm.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Level 3 EYFS Learning Support Practitioner to join our dedicated and nurturing Early Years team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within an inclusive school community where every child is valued, supported and encouraged to thrive. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning within our EYFS provision, helping children to develop secure foundations for future learning.

The successful candidate will work across our EYFS provision, including supporting children within our two-year-old pre-school provision, helping to create a nurturing, language-rich and engaging early learning environment.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a recognised full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification approved by the DfE
  • Is passionate about early childhood development and learning
  • Understands the importance of communication, play and language-rich environments
  • Works positively as part of a team
  • Has high expectations for all children
  • Is committed to inclusion and ensuring every child has a sense of belonging

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children; therefore, the post is subject to medical clearance and an enhanced DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
