Hillmorton Primary School is a high-performing, inclusive and ambitious school at the heart of its community. Following Outstanding Ofsted judgements in 2017 and again in 2023, we are seeking an exceptional Headteacher to lead our next exciting chapter.

We are seeking a leader who will:
1. Articulate and deliver a compelling vision rooted in high expectations, inclusion and strong moral purpose

3. Champion excellent teaching and a rich, creative curriculum that nurtures curiosity, creativity and character
4. Hold high expectations for all, ensuring strong accountability for the impact of teaching on pupil outcomes
5. Lead effective systems to secure a safe, well-ordered and aspirational environment
6. Inspire, develop and empower staff within a collaborative, open and ambitious culture
You will bring:
1. Proven, successful leadership experience and the ability to inspire and unite others
2. A deep understanding of high-quality teaching and sustained school improvement
3. The ability to use data intelligently to drive excellence
4. A strong commitment to inclusive practice, including SEND provision
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build purposeful partnerships
