Working under the guidance of registered professionals, you will provide high-quality therapeutic support, contribute to patient safety, and help ensure smooth daily operations.You will be a key member of the team, helping to create a positive, recovery-focused atmosphere for service users and colleagues.You will need to:Be compassionate, reliable, and self-motivatedEnjoy working as part of a busy and supportive teamHave good communication skills and a caring approachBe able to work in challenging environments with resilience and professionalismIdeally have some experience in a health or social care setting (full training will be provided)
