We are currently seeking a passionate and professional Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our committed team. This is a varied and rewarding role that will involve:

  • Leading interventions that make a real impact in literacy, numeracy, social communication, and sensory needs
  • Teaching lessons and providing high-quality cover when required
  • Coordinating staff cover, timetables, and supporting smooth daily operations
  • Overseeing and maintaining student plans (profiles, behaviour, medical and care) in partnership with families and professionals
  • Providing pastoral and behaviour support through mentoring, restorative practice, and targeted programmes
  • Planning, delivering, and coordinating bespoke, individualised learning programmes for students who are struggling to access lessons
  • Supporting the organisation and scheduling of reviews and meetings with staff, students, parents, and external professionals

Actual Salary: £27,786-£31,513

Working hours: 35 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days INSET
