Are you an enthusiastic and innovative Speech and Language Therapist with excellent communication skills? We are looking for someone to lead our outpatient SLT Voice service at Ashford and St Peter's Hospitals (ASPH). The service is delivered through a mix of face to face and virtual consultations.

You would be part of a dynamic and friendly Therapy team. The speech and language therapists work across outpatient voice therapy, acute and rehabilitation wards at St Peters.

We are looking for someone with established skills and experience in the assessment, therapy and management of voice disorders for adult client groups. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the ability to work both independently, as well as showing excellent team working skills, enthusiasm and drive.

You will have the opportunity to influence service development and redesign linking in with other healthcare professionals and partner organisations.

ASPH offers access to supervision and opportunities for continued professional development. Staff are encouraged and supported to develop and share skills within a well-established Surrey-wide Adult Speech and Language Therapy Team network. Staff wellbeing is a high priority at ASPH with a range of staff initiatives on offer.
