HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant)

The
successful candidate will:
- Be
able to deliver the curriculum to Key Stage 2 pupils,
- Have
relevant experience of working with children in a higher level teaching
assistant role,
- Be
able to cover all classes across the school
- Hold
at least a level 3 qualification in childcare or teaching support,
- Demonstrate
high expectations of individual achievement and behaviour,
- Be
creative and enthusiastic,
- Have
good organisational and interpersonal skills,
- Have
flair, talent and initiative,
- Demonstrate
a commitment to raising standards,
- Be
able to work in close partnership with the whole school community.
