Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Tissue Viability Nurse to provide expert clinical leadership and specialist care across the Velindre Cancer Centre.

This is a senior clinical role working autonomously to deliver a comprehensive tissue viability service, supporting patients with complex and chronic wounds, preventing pressure damage, and improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practice, education, audit and service development.

You will act as the Trust's specialist resource for tissue viability, supporting multidisciplinary teams, leading education and service improvement, and contributing to safeguarding, quality and safety agendas.

This post is a fixed term/secondment for 4 months to meet the needs of the service. If you are interested in applying for the secondment position, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for this post.
