Learning Support Assistant (Level 2 – working towards)
- Fixed Term 1 Year
- Hours: 22.50 hours per week
- Term Time Only (38 Weeks)
- Pay Scale: NJC SCP 7 – 11 (with L2 qualification)
- Actual Salary: £13.69 – £14.59 per hour (Annual = £13,486 - £14,375) (FTE = £26,403 - £28,142)
- To start: September 2026

Learning Support Assistant (Level 2)
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who can demonstrate commitment, energy and drive to join our SEN team at Woodlands Academy of Learning.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a passionate and enthusiastic team who are committed to building the foundations for happy and successful life-long learners.
The post is provisionally on a fixed term contract for one year, however this will be reviewed at the end of this period and could potentially be extended depending on the support needs required within the school.
