1 LSP (permanent ) 1 LSP (fixed term August 2027) - Required from September 2026 (subject to clearances)

Pennyhill Primary School is a large primary school with amazing children, families and staff in West Bromwich. We are passionate about providing high quality and varied learning that inspires, raises aspirations, and enriches lives, enabling all children to achieve their full potential.

We are now looking to grow or talented and hardworking team of support staff. You must have the ability to enhance the learning of different groups of pupils and a desire to work with individuals who have varying needs.

You will need to:

  • Be self-motivated and dedicated to supporting both groups and individual children.
  • Be calm, patient, caring and nurturing
  • Enjoy working with children who have additional needs, praising small steps progress
  • Have the ability to work with children who are exceeding expectations across the school
  • Work well with other adults
  • Have a desire to work in a school that is committed to school improvement and providing high quality teaching and learning.

Visit date: 18th June 2026 at 9.15am and 24th June 2026 at 3.30pm
