LED ST3+ Level in Obstetrics and Gynaecology

A Locally Employed Doctor in Obstetrics and Gynaecology is required to support the Registrar tier by participating in the obstetrics & gynaecology rota. The successful candidate will be supported in developing independent competencies.
There is an 8-week obstetrics & gynaecology rolling rota which requires 7 nights & 7 long days (12.5 hour from 8-8.30) including over 2 weekends. The successful candidate will be expected to support the service by covering on call and vacancy gaps as required.
You will be expected to participate in a variety of professional activities to support your personal clinical practice and the overall work of the department and Trust.
You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address any issues arising that may affect the services.
You will participate in relevant audit and quality assurance processes.
