Level 3 EYFS Qualified Teaching Assistant - Priorslee Academy

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Qualified Teaching Assistant to join our team at Priorslee Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to support our youngest learners at a key stage in their development, working as part of a committed and supportive team.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Early Years provision and a passion for supporting children to learn, develop and thrive in a nurturing environment. You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver high-quality provision, support individual needs, and help create a stimulating and engaging learning environment.

This is a fixed-term post for one year in the first instance. The role includes supporting our wraparound provision, with working hours from 7:30am (morning club), 8:45am – 3:30pm during the school day, and 3:30pm – 4:30pm (after-school provision).

We are looking for someone who is flexible, caring and committed, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff and families. In return, you will join a welcoming and forward-thinking team at an exciting time for the school as we continue to develop within St Bart’s MAT.

Salary: Scale Point 4, point 7 - 11

Contract: temporary (1 year in the first instance)

Start Date: September

Reporting to: Head of School

Closing date is 3pm on the 26th June 2026.

Visits are on the 4pm 23rd June and 24th June 2026.
