We offer a wide range of career opportunities at every level of the organisation. From apprenticeships to senior management, permanent to fixed term contracts or part-time working, we have something for everyone.
We are seeking two experienced and motivated Lifeline Team Leaders to join our essential Independent Living service. This is a frontline leadership role, ensuring the effective day-to-day management of a highly valued service supporting some of the most vulnerable members of our community.
You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused lifeline service operating 24/7, 365 days a year, leading teams who provide response, support, and reassurance to residents across the district.
This is a hands-on leadership position, where you will be visible, proactive, and responsive working closely with your team on-site to ensure service continuity across extended hours.
This is a unique opportunity to:
- Lead a vital, high-impact community service supporting over 4,000 connected customers
- Make a real difference to vulnerable residents across the district
- Work in a role with genuine responsibility and autonomy
- Be part of a service that works closely with emergency services and partners
This is not a standard office-based leadership role. You will:
- Lead teams working across extended hours and responding to real-time needs
- Support staff dealing with complex, sensitive and sometimes emergency situations
If you are an experienced leader with a passion for delivering high-quality services and supporting vulnerable people, we want to hear from you.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
