Grade 2 / Spine Point 3-4

Salary £24,796 - £25,185 (FTE)

Actual Salary £2,882 - £2,927

5 Hours / 44.85 weeks paid

REQUIRED TO START: 1st September 2026

Location: Haughton St Giles Primary Academy

Monday - Friday 12:15pm-1:15pm (Term Time only)

The Trustees are seeking to appoint a Lunchtime Supervisor.

We are looking for someone who must be able to relate well to children and be keen to support their individual/ collective needs at lunchtime.

Duties will include:

  • supervising children before, during and after eating lunch;
  • assisting children with cutlery and table manners;
  • promoting positive behaviour; cleaning and sanitising children’s eating areas;
  • organising and leading games, activities and administering first aid.

Applicants must have the ability to communicate well with children and adults. Applicants will be required to adhere to the terms and conditions of working within a school and be active in ensuring the safeguarding and wellbeing of children.
