MANOR PRIMARY SCHOOL

TEACHING ASSISTANT (Level 3)

Permanent | Term Time Only

Working Hours

  • 33.5 hours per week
  • 39 weeks per year, including training days

Typical Working Pattern

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 8.30am – 3:30pm
  • Wednesday: 8.30am – 4:30pm

Salary

  • TA Level 3, NJC 007-019
  • £20,561 - £25,078 per annum
  • £13.69 - £16.62 per hour

Are you passionate about helping every child to thrive? We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support the children on their learning journey, helping them to ‘be the best that they can be.’

In this role, you will support children's learning across all primary phases, deliver targeted interventions for individuals and small groups, and work collaboratively with teachers to create an inclusive, nurturing learning environment.

Essential Requirements:

  • NVQ 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children in a primary school
  • Experience supporting children with SEND
  • Strong phonics knowledge and excellent written English and maths
  • Ability to speak fluent spoken English (Immigration Act Part 7 requirement)
