Mental Health Midwife

We are seeking an experienced Midwife who has successfully completed their NHS preceptorship and is passionate about providing enhanced, person-centred care within the perinatal mental health pathwayacross our Oldham and Rochdale sites.

You will work closely with the local perinatal mental health team and others to ensure that there are clear integrated pathways of care for women with perinatal mental illness. You will be part of a dedicated team who continually evaluate the service so that it is person-centred, quality driven and responsive. The successful candidate will be able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT).

You will be committed to delivering high-quality care that is responsive to the needs of the local community. You will actively engage with women, birthing people, and families who use our services to support continuous improvement in care delivery and service co-design, ensuring that feedback and lived experiences inform the ongoing development of perinatal mental health services.
