Vacancy:               Non-Teaching Head of Year

Start date:             September 2026

Contract details:    Permanent

Contract: 37 Hours per Week 39 Weeks per Year

Salary: Grade 7, SCP 18-23 £27,466 - £30,534

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Non-Teaching Head of Year to join our strong pastoral team at Pedmore High School.

Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential? Do you thrive in a pastoral role where no two days are the same?

This is a key position within the school, focused on leading and delivering high-quality pastoral support to a designated year group. You will play a vital role in promoting a culture of high expectations, positive behaviour, and strong student engagement. Working closely with senior leaders, teaching staff, families, and external agencies, you will support students to succeed both academically and personally.
