We are seeking to appoint a talented, experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated Office Manager to lead our hard-working office team to start on 1st September 2026.
Ladypool is a small, happy, vibrant and diverse primary school with a nursery.
We are currently looking to appoint a welcoming, professional, experienced Office Manager to provide reception, administration and secretarial support for our school office.
Full time, Permanent.
Salary: £28,598 – £34,434
36.5 hours per week - 40 weeks per year
Term time only + one week.

The successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate previous administrative experience
- Communicate effectively with parents, pupils, visitors and staff
- Remain calm and positive under pressure
- Demonstrate a good working knowledge of a management information system
- Be responsible for all aspects of pupil data management and statistical returns, e.g. Admissions, Pupil Census, Free School Meal Administration etc.
- Work with minimum supervision and as part of a team
- Show excellent communication, literacy, numeracy and ICT skills
- Be reliable
- Use initiative to support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team
Visits to the school will take place the following times:
Monday 22nd June @ 9am or Tuesday 23rd June @ 4:00pm
