The Excelsior Academy | Permanent, Term Time + 2 Weeks

SO2, £39,702 pro rata (£42,912 FTE)

Start date: 1 September 2026

The Excelsior Academy is seeking an experienced and driven Office Manager to lead our busy school office from 1 September 2026. This is a pivotal role at the heart of the Academy, one that demands exceptional organisational ability, strong leadership, and a genuine commitment to delivering first-class service to every stakeholder.

You will take ownership of all administrative functions, line manage our reception and office team, and play a key role in shaping a dynamic, high-performing support operation. From managing parental communications and compliance requirements to improving systems and processes, no two days will be the same.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in office or business management, ideally in a school or public sector setting, with the confidence to lead a team and manage competing priorities. Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a sound understanding of GDPR and safeguarding requirements are essential.
