We currently have an exciting opportunity for an IP Clinical Pharmacist, to work full time for our partner practice within Penge, this opportunity is available for highly motivated and focused Clinical Pharmacist, who will be responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day activities within general practice, while playing a vital role in providing pharmaceutical care and advice to patients focusing on best practice and adhering to safety guidelines.
