We are looking for a supportive, dynamic forward thinking operational lead for our North Warwickshire adult community mental health services.
You will operationally lead our Early Intervention, routine triage, CMHT, Clozapine and homeless services based in Rugby and Nuneaton. Your base will be flexible as it is important that services have a visible leadership presence.
You will be part of the senior leadership team for community mental health and will be expected to be part of trust wide developments as well as working with system partners. Experience of working in Community Mental Health is an essential criteria as well as management experience.
