Contract: Permanent, Term Time Plus 2 Weeks
Salary: SO1 Scale
The Excelsior Academy is seeking an organised, proactive and professional Personal Assistant to provide confidential administrative support to the Headteacher.
This is a key role within the school, requiring excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will manage the Headteacher’s diary and correspondence, coordinate meetings and governance administration, prepare agendas and minutes, liaise with parents and external agencies, and support admissions and wider school administration.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Can manage competing priorities and work under pressure
- Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Has strong IT skills, including Google Drive and Microsoft Office
- Can communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Is approachable, reliable and able to work independently
Experience in a school environment and knowledge of Arbor would be desirable.
