An exciting opportunity has developed to join a committed, progressive team who work towards providing the best possible health outcomes and reducing health inequalities across Cornwall.

At CFT we value health promotion through patient empowerment and education, therefore we are seeking an enthusiastic podiatrist who has excellent communication and assessment skills to undertake new patient assessments clinics, diabetic foot reviews and will have the opportunity to rotate through wound care, nail surgery and musculoskeletal clinics.

Although, primarily based in a clinical setting, the role will be a blended mix of virtual and face-to-face assessments. The post requires the individual to be a flexible and reliable member of the team demonstrating empathy, resilience and problem solving skills.

This post is based in North and East / Central Cornwall and is full time, Monday to Friday.

This is a community-based role that requires frequent travel to various locations throughout the county including areas that may not be accessible by public transportation. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate how they will manage these travel requirements.

This post is suitable for a newly qualified podiatrist and we are happy to take applications from therapists in the final stages of finishing their degree.
