We are seeking a motivated and reliable team-player to join our highly successful, established team of Progress Coaches. Responsible for a number of tutor groups and offering 1:1 guidance, you will be monitoring the academic progress and supporting the onward progression and broader College experience of an assigned group of KS5 students, helping them to achieve to their maximum potential. Prior knowledge and experience of working with young people aged 16-18 is preferable, as are excellent interpersonal skills.

This is a job share position, working three days per week. Ideally this would be Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We can offer some flexibility, however ideally this would be three consecutive days. The actual annual salary for this position is £18,420.
While this is a fixed-term position of 12 months, should the job share be successful, a permanent role would be offered at the end of the fixed-term contract.
