Registered Nurse or Practitioner in Urology, Band 5
The Urology directorate at North Cumbria Integrated Care are looking for enthusiastic registered nurses/practitioner to support the Urological service, which is currently offering Monday - Friday outpatient's services for Urological patients requiring diagnostic or therapeutic interventions for a variety of Urological conditions across West Cumberland Hospital and Cumberland Infirmary.
Our current service delivery includes urodynamic assessments, diagnostic flexible cystoscopy lists, trial without catheter clinics, prostate biopsy clinics, lithotripsy treatment for renal stones, complex catheter clinics, etc.
This is an exciting role within the organisation, with the opportunity to work as part of a team who are keen to develop the service and improve the way we deliver urology care to our patients through the new facilities within the UIU. You will be working under the supervision of the senior clinical nurse specialist team, and there will be ample opportunity to develop skills and progress in a urology nursing career.
