G6: £31,537 - £34,434 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Intermediate Care Service in Walsall, this is a multi-disciplinary team operated jointly between Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust and Walsall Adult Social Care.

We are particularly looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our team to help shape and deliver our services, and contribute to the model of best practice. The successful candidates will be required to have experience of working in Adult Social Care and to join our Multi-Disciplinary Team

If you do, and you have experience of managing a small team, then this is an exciting opportunity for you to join our service.

As a Senior Reablement Officer you will work with individuals in their own home to support and encourage them to develop or regain skills to live independent and fulfilling lives. You will work closely with the therapy team to deliver bespoke support and contribute to ongoing reviews.

Your role will also entail managing reablement officers on a day to day basis, providing 1:1 support and contributing to the development of the staff and team.

A good knowledge of CQC is essential.
