We are thrilled to announce that a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) Pathway as a Support, Time and Recovery (STR) worker for REVIVE, the Intensive Intervention and Risk Management Service (IIRMS) in Lancashire.
The service is jointly commissioned by His Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) and the National Health Service (NHS) and is delivered via a joint service model that includes Health and HMPPS partners. It is complemented by further partnership work with third sector organisations across the locality
REVIVE IIRMS is a community-based intervention and risk management service that complements, enhances and works with existing OPD pathway provision in Lancashire; it operates as part of a tiered approach to supporting HMPPS in their management of people who present with high risk and complex needs, and who screen into the OPD pathway.
Those suitable for the service will present with primary needs associated with relational/interpersonal difficulties, will have significant resettlement/transition needs, they may be institutionalised and/or may lack social/familial support.
