Teaching Assistant Required (SEMH Special School)

Salary: Grade 6 (£27,254 - £30,024 FTE)   32.5 hours per week, whole year

NB this is a very competitive salary as the position is not subject to ‘pro rata’ like many TA vacancies

We are seeking to appoint friendly, approachable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our existing Team at The Brades Lodge School, Tividale, Oldbury B69 2HF. You will be calm under pressure, resilient, confident, curriculum aware and have experience of successfully managing and supporting older students who can exhibit behaviours that challenge.

The school holds the nationally acclaimed Best Practice Teaching Assistant Award, which demonstrates our commitment to supporting TAs as a professional and fully integrated part of the school team.
