We are excited to share an opportunity within iCAMHS for a Team Manager position in our Healthy Little Minds team. We are seeking an inspirational and compassionate leader who understands the complexities of parent - infant relationship.
This role offers the opportunity to lead a specialist infant mental health service grounded in relationships, early intervention, and a strong commitment to supporting parents,carers and infants at the earliest stage of life. The Team Manager will ensure high quality, compassionate, and inclusive practice, working in close partnership with families, commissioners, and a wide range of professionals to promote secure attachment and positive outcomes for infants.
