We are seeking an experienced and strategic

Head of Human Resources to lead and shape the Trust’s people function during a

period of significant organisational change. This pivotal role will provide

both operational and strategic HR leadership, initially supporting Hyde High

School while driving the development of a high-performing, centralised HR

service across the Trust.

Working closely with the Chief Operating

Officer, you will play a key role in modernising HR practices, leading on

complex employee relations matters, and delivering a forward-thinking people

and talent strategy that supports workforce sustainability and organisational

effectiveness.

This is a dynamic and evolving position

requiring a visible, collaborative leader who can build strong relationships

across multiple schools, influence at senior level, and lead through change

with confidence. The successful candidate will be proactive, resilient, and

committed to developing a positive, high-performance culture that enables both

staff and students to thrive.
