Fixed Term Contract / Secondment  until March 2027

Grade C - £35,412 - £44,075

Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Equal Pay Programme

Are you passionate about transforming services and putting customers at the heart of everything we do? The Customer Experience Programme is offering an exciting for a User Researcher to be part of a dynamic team driving change across Birmingham City Council.

This programme is central to our ambition to deliver excellent customer service for everyone in Birmingham. We’re redesigning services, consolidating support functions, improving customer experience, driving channel shift, improving customer contact through several access channels and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Whether it’s through smarter use of data, more joined-up services, or human-centred design, we’re committed to making every interaction with the council efficient, consistent, and customer-focused.

About you

You will have previous experience in a User Researcher role and be looking for your next exciting adventure!
