Ward Administrator (Band 2)

Location: Whiston HospitalHours: Various part-time posts (see details below)

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Ward Administrators to join our team at Whiston Hospital. This is a key front-facing role, providing high-quality administrative support to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of busy clinical wards.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, relatives, and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming service at all times.

  • Ward 3A: 16.5 hours per week Monday 8:00-16:00 Tuesday 8:00-12:30 Wednesday 8:00-12:30
  • Monday 8:00-16:00
  • Tuesday 8:00-12:30
  • Wednesday 8:00-12:30
  • Ward 4E / ITU: 2 x 18.75 hours per week Post 1: Monday & Tuesday 8:00-16:00, Wednesday 8:00-11:45 Post 2: Wednesday 12:15-16:00, Thursday & Friday 8:00-16:00
  • Post 1: Monday & Tuesday 8:00-16:00, Wednesday 8:00-11:45
  • Post 2: Wednesday 12:15-16:00, Thursday & Friday 8:00-16:00
  • Ward 3E (Gynaecology): 31 hours per week Monday 8:00-15:00 Tuesday-Friday 8:00-14:00
  • Monday 8:00-15:00
  • Tuesday-Friday 8:00-14:00
