We are looking for a Waste and Recycling Compliance Officer to join our small but busy environmental health team. The post involves investigating instances of non-compliance with the new national waste and recycling initiatives. The role encompasses working alongside the wider team to contribute to educational and promotional activities regarding wate presentation and management along with waste related environmental offences.
You must be competent with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams and be an excellent communicator at all levels. Knowledge of the Idox (Tascomi) Management Information System is desirable.
You will be required to work out of hours on occasions, therefore flexibility around working hours is essential, as is a full driving licence and use of a car for work.
