Youth Support Worker – Birmingham Youth Service

Are you passionate about working with young people? Birmingham Youth Service is looking for motivated Youth Support Workers to help deliver engaging activities and support young people aged 10–25 to build confidence, skills and positive futures.  You’ll work directly with young people in youth centres and community settings, helping to create safe, inclusive spaces and delivering high-quality youth work programmes.

We’re looking for people who:

  • Are enthusiastic and committed to supporting young people
  • Can build positive relationships and inspire others
  • Are flexible and able to work evenings and weekends
