Essential: - Degree or equivalent experience.

Desirable: - Training or qualification in administration, governance, business support or related areas.; - Governance qualification or relevant professional development.

Essential: - Experience supporting meetings or preparing documentation.; - Experience supporting Board or Committee administration.; - Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).; - Experience managing shared inboxes or monitoring mailboxes.

Desirable: - Experience maintaining statutory registers.; - Experience raising Purchase Orders or willingness to learn quickly.; - Experience in NHS or public-sector administration.

Essential: - Strong written and verbal communication skills.; - Confident using digital systems, including shared drives and file management tools.

Essential: - Ability to travel to Trust sites if required.
