Essential: - Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & telephone); - Excellent interpersonal skills in order to deal with clinicians, senior managers and clerical staff; - Good keyboard skills for regular use of computer systems/I.T skills; - Able to concentrate on Administrative duties within a work pattern in an unpredictable environment with constant interruptions from Patients, medical staff and external agencies.
Desirable: - Competent in the use of Microsoft Office similar PAS system.; - Competent in the use of WPAS Patient Administration System
Essential: - Welsh Speaking (level 3)
Essential: - GCSE Maths and English A-C; - NVQ Level 3 or equivalent knowledge and experience; - I.T qualification or proven experience using Microsoft office packages
Desirable: - ECDL
Essential: - Experience of working in a hospital; - Experience of dealing with the general public; - Ability to work as part of team.
Desirable: - Experience of working directly with Clinical Staff; - Previous waiting list management; - Hospital based clerical experience
