We areseekingenthusiastic, approachable, and adaptable individuals to join our evolving Inclusive Learning Team. In this highly rewarding role, you will support young people with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) on a one-to-one or small group basis within the classroom setting.
Your role will involve encouraging independent learning and helping students achieve their personal learning targets across a wide range of educational programmes. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working with children or young people with SEND, as this would be a significant advantage.
A recognised Learning Support related qualification is desirable, and a good standard of English and Maths is essential. The successful candidate willpossessexcellent communication skills, a genuine enthusiasm for helping others, and the ability to build positive relationships with young people and/or adults who may have learning disabilities, mental health needs, social emotional difficulties, or require physical care.
