Join our team as a Night Care Assistant and help residents live with comfort, dignity, and joy. From daily support to meaningful moments, your kindness can make a real difference. Bring your compassion; we'll provide the training and support you need. You'll receive outstanding career development with funded training (up to QCF Level 5), 24 hours per week including alternate weekends, Refer-a-Friend bonus up to £1,000, up to £12.91 per hour, Blue Light Card discounts, company pension scheme, and on-demand pay. As a Night Care Assistant, you'll provide personal care and support, administer and record medication, assist with daily living activities, support activities and social engagement, promote dignity, independence, and well-being, and deliver person-centred care as part of a team. Experience in a care setting is essential for this position, and you should be kind, compassionate, great with people, have at least 12 months right to work in the UK, and be able to work alternate weekends.
